Websites & Configurators
Fast, findable websites with forms, calculators and instant quotes, so a request arrives complete and gets answered.
Sounds familiar?
- Enquiries come in by phone and get lost.
- The website looks fine but brings nothing in.
- Every quote means a call back.
A request comes in by phone, and someone promises to call back with a price. Until that call happens, the customer can ask another company. A half-filled web form ends the same way: nothing moves before somebody calls back.
What we build
- Websites built for speed and search
- Enquiry forms that ask the right questions
- Instant-quote configurators and calculators
- Customer portals
Each page and form serves one task: explain an offer, calculate a quote, collect the right details or give a customer a clear place to act. We design the flow around that task and build the pages and the system behind them together.
For a configurator, we settle the questions, the pricing rules and the handover first and design the interface after. That way the configurator feeds your process instead of ending in an inbox.
How we work
A website is one part of a longer process. A request has to land somewhere, someone has to hear about it, and the follow-up has to start. We plan those steps from the start. The first release covers one of them completely, for example a quote from the first question to the answer, and we extend it with real usage.
An example
A moving company priced every job over the phone, so each quote meant a call back. We built an instant-quote configurator on its website: the customer answers a few questions about the move and sees a price at once. Each request lands in one queue, and the follow-up starts on its own.
-
The customer answers a few questions about the move. Why it helps: Customers answer in two minutes, whenever it suits them.
-
Pricing rules turn the answers into a price, shown at once. Why it helps: A price in seconds instead of a callback days later.
-
Every request is kept in a queue on Cloudflare KV. Why it helps: No request gets lost between inbox and spreadsheet.
-
Each new request starts the follow-up automatically. Why it helps: Every lead gets a reply, even on a busy day.
Where to start
Pick the request that costs you the most phone calls: a quote, an enquiry or a booking. We map how it runs today and build the smallest version that handles it from start to finish.
Also part of one system
-
Internal tools, portals and shared queues instead of the spreadsheet everyone edits.
-
One live view of orders, requests and jobs instead of five exports.
-
Routine steps on fixed rules, and AI where judgement is needed.
